Easy Returns

We stand by every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Easy Returns Policy, whether your item arrives damaged or you simply change your mind.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you can still return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
✔️ The item is unused and in "Like New" condition
✔️ It includes all original packaging & accessories

If Your Item is Faulty or Has Missing Parts

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, we’ll fix the issue at no cost to you. Simply email us at support@dailystretch.com.au within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange one of the following:

✔️ Send replacement parts (if available)
✔️ Provide a repair solution (if applicable)
✔️ Offer a full replacement (subject to availability)
✔️ Issue a partial or full refund or store credit

What we need to process your claim:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (including packaging if relevant)
  • Your order number and a brief explanation of the problem

Important: Please do not dispose of the product before contacting us. We may require further inspection or arrange a return label if needed.

How to Return an Item?

1. Email support@dailystretch.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Once the item is received & inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Who covers return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • If it’s a change of mind return, you (the customer) will cover return shipping.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel before shipment: Full refund.
  • If you cancel after shipment: It will be treated as a change of mind return (return shipping applies).

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned due to their nature:
🚫 Bulk purchases (including pallets or pick-ups)
🚫 Products marked as certified pre-owned or used

Warranty Beyond 14 Days

All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product. If you experience issues after the 14-day return period, contact us, and we’ll assist with the warranty claim process.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return
  • Daily Stretch only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one-time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
