Daily Stretch Product Warranty Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Daily Stretch's Product Warranty for Chairs, Other Products, and Accessories. Please review the following terms and conditions:
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies to all Daily Stretch products purchased from an approved Daily Stretch supplier. Warranty services cover manufacturer faults or defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty or service claims.
Return to Base Replacement:
Products, including chairs, other products, and accessories, come with a 12-month return to base replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with the product, simply contact our Customer Service with your proof of purchase, and we will provide a replacement item. The replacement product will be brand new and of equal or similar value, sent back to you at no expense. This warranty policy is valid within Australia only.
Return Transport and Assessment:
The warranty does not cover the cost of return transport, freight, or postage to a designated Daily Stretch Service Centre for assessment.
Misuse and Unauthorized Repair:
Daily Stretch reserves the right to refuse warranty service if it is found that the product was not used according to instructions or was negligently misused. The warranty becomes void if the product is found to be modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
Exclusions:
Warranty services do not cover damage caused by improper use or setup of the product, acts of nature (e.g., floods or fire), or accidents resulting in product damage.
Variations:
Daily Stretch reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without further notice.
