How do I use the Scalp Massager?
Charge it fully, then run it gently over your scalp for about 10 minutes.
You can also add a few drops of your favorite serum if desired. Avoid using it on broken or inflamed skin.
What if my skin or scalp is very sensitive?
Start on the gentlest settings (for both the scalp and leg massagers) or use the jade roller for a shorter session. If you have any discomfort, discontinue use and consult a professional.
Do I need separate chargers for each product?
Each device typically comes with its own charging cable. Be sure to check individual instructions for best results. Most require USB-compatible charging sources.
Do I need to assemble anything before using?
No assembly is required. Simply charge the device, fill the serum chamber if desired, and it’s ready to use straight out of the box.
Is it suitable for all hair & skin types?
Yes. Each item in the bundle is generally gentle enough for most hair and skin types. However, if you have highly sensitive skin, open wounds, or a diagnosed scalp condition, it’s best to check with a healthcare professional before use.
Can I return the bundle if it doesn’t work for me?
Absolutely. You have 30 days to decide if it’s right for you.
If you’re not happy—though we believe you will be—simply contact us for a hassle-free return and full refund.
How does the 30-day return policy work?
We offer a 30-Day Easy Returns Policy for your peace of mind. If you decide to return an item within 30 days of delivery, simply follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at support@dailystretch.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – We’ll guide you through the process and provide any necessary return details.
3️⃣ Send It Back – If eligible, return the item in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories.
4️⃣ Get Your Refund – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.
📌 Important:
- If your item is faulty or has missing parts, we’ll cover return shipping.
- If it’s a change of mind return, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items that show signs of use or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How does shipping and delivery work?
So you've made an order? Welcome to the Daily Stretch family!
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your products will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days**.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
*Please note: We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery - if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.
Do you have payment plan options?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any split pay options (like Afterpay, Klarna or ZipPay). These are coming soon though!

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
